St. Anthony Study Hall Program

Mission statement:

The mission of this program is to provide all children ages 5 years to 13-year-old with a safe place to be cared for before and after school, as well as summer and school breaks. They will get a healthy breakfast and put on their respective buses to go to school. We will help them do their homework with certified teachers, Paraprofessionals, and staff. This is a place where children can continue to learn and grow as individuals, as well as in community. They will have opportunities to grow by sharing time with responsible adults and their peers for a well-rounded life experience. In today's world, “It takes a community to raise a child”.

This program does not receive financial support from the parish or diocese.

We are an Approved Provider for Child Care Aware America which services our veterans and their families. We look forward to serving our veterans and their families in their childcare needs.

We are an Approved provider for Community Childcare Solutions.

Payments and Fees Structure Starting November 1, 2024

To understand the payment and fee structure that will be implemented starting November 1, 2024, we can break it down into several key components:

1. Invoice Issuance

Invoices for services rendered in the following month will be sent out around the 5th of each month. This means that for any service provided in December, the invoice will be issued approximately on November 5th.

2. Early Payment Discount

The invoices will include a 10% discount if the payment is made in full by the 21st of the previous month. For example:

  • If you receive your invoice on November 5th for December services, you must pay by November 21st to receive a 10% discount on the total amount due.

3. Full Payment Due Date

If payment is not made by the 21st of the previous month, then the full amount becomes due by the 1st of the month of service. Continuing with our example:

  • If you do not pay by November 21st, you must pay the full invoice amount by December 1st.

4. Late Fee Application

If payment is made after the 1st of the month, a late fee of $25 will be applied to your balance. This means:

  • If you pay anytime after December 1st for December services, you will incur an additional charge of $25 on top of your invoice amount.

5. Balance Due Upon Receipt

Any outstanding balance after applying late fees must be paid upon receipt of notification or billing for that balance unless prior arrangements have been made with the billing department.

Summary Example Scenario

To illustrate how this works:

  • You receive an invoice on November 5th for December services totaling $100.
  • If you pay by November 21st, you would owe $90 (after applying a 10% discount).
  • If you miss this deadline and pay on December 1st, you owe $100.
  • If you delay further and pay on December 2nd or later, your total due would be $125 ($100 + $25 late fee).
  • In conclusion, understanding these timelines and conditions is crucial to avoid late fees and take advantage of discounts offered.

Summer Break

  • $65 per day Summer Break, All inclusive: breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, before, and after care
  • $60 for each additional child.
  • Every Monday is a Brown Bag Lunch
  • $300 for a FULL WEEK (5 Days) registered additional child $275
  • T-shirts - $12

FEES:

  • $25 late pick-up fee, per child, for every 15 minutes after 6:30 PM Mon-Thurs and 6:00PM Fri.
